She began taking CranioSacral therapy courses in 2001 and fell in love with the work believing it to be the most beneficial therapy for treating pain, mal-alignment, and so many other chronic and acute issues.  Krista has completed numerous courses in crainosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida and at the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, California.  She has completed coursework in the core areas including treatment for the spine, dural and fasical systems, central and autonomic nervous systems, cranial bones, and the hard palate, as well as more advanced areas such as pediatrics, the gastro-intestinal system, the brain, and somato-emotional release.

At the Art of Wellness, Krista works with clients in a private 50 minute session using craniosacral therapy to help the body work through many different types of problems.  This type of therapy works with the body in a gentle way as to not evoke resistive responses.  It works to unwind the body and release restrictions in the craniosacral system by listening to what each indivdual client needs to heal from the core cause of their issue.
